#Code Comments (Documentation)

I never have given any importance to documentation or comment on any piece of coding which i have written in past few years, I did on few assignments only because i was forced to include documentation in my codes. Now i realise the importance of having the documentation in your codes as it helps you to understand your codes plus speed up your programming work as you have clear view whenever you refer to it anytime while programming other module. :D

#The bottom line is being organized in your life could make things easier and bring a sense of control to you.

#Happy Deepavali

4 hours more before the Hindus all over the world will celebrate the Deepavali, which also known as the festival of light.A day where the victory of good over evil and light over darkness. Most of us celebrate the festival without understanding the reason behind the festival. For us, it is just a special day where we get opportunity to be with our family and relatives and spend some time together with new clothes, tasteful food, firecrackers & fireworks and house fulls with lights and decoration.

It has been so long since I celebrate my deepavali in such a way. The last time i remember it was on 1994, one year before my dad died after met in accident. Missing those moments alot.

I hope to celebrate the Deepavali as how i did on 1994 on next year, I have 365 days to make it happen! :)

By the way, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a happy and prosperous deepavali. Have a great celebration with your family, relatives and friends.

Coffee Biscuit Pudding Recipe

1 cup whipping cream
1 pack of coffee biscuits
1 cup of warm milk
3 spoon full of coco powder (recommended Hershey's or Van Houten)
200g icing sugar
pure vanilla extract
roasted groundnuts

1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together using batter mixing machine the whipping cream, coco powder, 2 or 3 drops of pure vanilla extract with the 200g icing sugar. Mix together all the ingredients above until it forms into a thick chocolate paste. This will serve as the chocolate topping.

2. Now, dip the coffee biscuits into the warm milk and arrange the dipped coffee biscuits into a separate tupperware. Remember to not dip the coffee biscuits too long, the biscuits will start to break.

3. Arrange 3 or 4 layers of coffee biscuits. Press the layers lightly using a spoon or by hand. Then top it up with the chocolate topping which was done in step 1. Add some roasted groundnuts on top of the chocolate topping. Repeat these steps again to create the second layer.

Note: you can replace the roasted groundnuts with chocolate chips, grazed chocolate pieces, etc.

I used Marie Coffee Biscuits (In the Making)
4. Leave the finished pudding in the fridge for 30 min. Now, you can enjoy the coffee biscuit pudding. Dont worry if the coffee biscuit pudding is a bit soft, unlike baked cake; its meant to be like that (something like mud pie). I can guarantee you it will taste like Secret Recipe chocolate cake. Hope you enjoy it! :)

Yield: Serves 4-6.
